They literally took 2 hours to remove my nails and they chirped off half of my nail. You can see that clearly in the photos I have attached. They charge too premium but they deliver not even a roadside salon experience. I specifically went a day before to explain my hair concern, asking who is going to come for hair styling, and on the party event, some new person came who don't know any of my hair concern and she did hair styling without using heat protectant. I specifically asked if I had to bring any hair spray or heat protectant, but they said not needed. My hair is usually very thin and it really got damaged because she didn't use any heat protectant.
