Although the stylist did a good job with my hair, I was not impressed with the overall service provided. The air conditioning was not working properly on my brother's chair, which made our visit uncomfortable. Additionally, we were not offered any refreshments during our visit, which I would have expected from a salon of this calibre. Finally, the lack of a fixed price list or menu made me feel uncertain about the cost of my services as we paid 750 of just a hair cut without any hair wash or any product application. I hope that Geetanjali Salon can improve in these areas to provide a better experience for their customers in the future. Her name is Arshi Taneja. 1/5 May 21, 2023 Aseem Jain Verified Absolutely pathetic service. DO NOT VISIT. Had a head massage,(700 bucks) felt more like a champi below a tree on a roadside. (I reckon they could do it better) The person was not trained, at all..!!! did not know what a pressure point is, he did not look at me for even 5% of the time, random hand movements were all I got. The towels used were dirty, full of hair..! Did not have almond/coconut or any other oil of my choice. The got me olive oil… that had someone’s hair in it..!! Yeah.. I’m serious. Lastly the bill said - almond oil head massage.. Then they have a hair wash, very basic. (450 bucks) and they billed me for - signature bath and hair wash treatment.. something. Seriously? Either they ripped me off, giving service A billing for B, or else the service in it self is pathetic. did not want to ruin my day.. and get in discussion with them.. else would have gotten up in the first 10 mins and left.
