Was not at all surprised by the SBI’s staff !! Same old Arrogant and Irresponsible stafff!! Mr. Sumit was so arrogant even in answering to our queries ! We decided to close our bank account. Started a new account with HDFC and we are happy.

I am not satisfied with the response of their employees on the long issue please suggest how can I make a complaint online. I have multiple chat histories with employees by email and whatsapp chat. I will wait some more time and share here for you all to decide about their good or bad behavior.

A clearing Cheque for credit to my Saving Bank account deposited on 2July 2022 drawn on HDFC bank Delhi not credited till 13July 2022. Very hopeless service. No body responds over phone. I had to travel about 10:km to the branch on 11July 2022 to enquire about the cheque and to my surprise, the cheque was still with the concerned officer at the branch with no excuse. The matter was also brought to the knowledge of Branch Manager Ms Sahu who was also present in the branch Since there is no provision for Rating which is less than One Star, otherwise I would have certainly given it to this SBI branch

It's a small Bank with few employees, mostly females. All are really helpful and it is not crowded at all. You can easily get your done without waiting for too long.

Worst Bank....Not to be trusted. It's better to pay and get services from private banks. For mere things like adding beneficiary, online find transfer you will have to visit the branch. Horrible experience. No one picks the call.
