I have multiple chat histories with employees by email and whatsapp chat. Very hopeless service. No body responds over phone. I had to travel about 10:km to the branch on 11July 2022 to enquire about the cheque and to my surprise, the cheque was still with the concerned officer at the branch with no excuse. The matter was also brought to the knowledge of Branch Manager Ms Sahu who was also present in the branch Since there is no provision for Rating which is less than One Star, otherwise I would have certainly given it to this SBI branch 5/5 Jul 13, 2022 Inu Dia Verified It's a small Bank with few employees, mostly females.
