VerifiedI have always liked all the services from this salon except for the nail work, I went there yesterday to get my polygel nails removed and it was a big mistake, they snatched each and every nail of me trying to breakout the glue of the extension which led to a lot of discomfort and pain and it completely totally damaged my nails, I have gotten my gel nails removed before and it was never this big of a problem and they made it one, even after I told them multiple times to soften the gel first by using acetone they didn't listen to me and continued picking on the extensions one by one. it was highly painful and my nails still hurt a lot. they could've just told me on call that they aren't a professional with gel nails and I could've gotten it done at some place else. I am devastated as my nails have their layers completely messed up.
