The technician who gave me the head massage was not only unprofessional but also had a terrible attitude. Instead of a relaxing experience, I felt rushed and neglected. It was clear they were more focused on getting through their tasks than on customer care. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued client. To make matters worse, the overall environment was chaotic and unkempt, adding to my discomfort. It’s evident that this salon has zero regard for customer retention or satisfaction. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I will never return. Save your time and money; there are far better options out there.
