Since my school to college to corporate, this is my go to place at Rourkela. Lovely supportive staff and beautiful souls. A must visit if you are looking for a professional service, elegant makeup and soothing experience

The staff seemed indifferent and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome. Overall, the salon's atmosphere was uninviting, and it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. It was my first visit, and I have no intention of returning. A business thrives on positive customer experiences, and this salon has a long way to go in that department. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant salon experience.

VerifiedI had an absolutely dreadful experience at Rashmi Hair & Beauty Studio, that left me completely appalled. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was shockingly poor. The staff greeted me with indifference, making it clear that they had no interest in providing a welcoming atmosphere. The technician who gave me the head massage was not only unprofessional but also had a terrible attitude. Instead of a relaxing experience, I felt rushed and neglected. It was clear they were more focused on getting through their tasks than on customer care. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued client. To make matters worse, the overall environment was chaotic and unkempt, adding to my discomfort. It’s evident that this salon has zero regard for customer retention or satisfaction. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I will never return. Save your time and money; there are far better options out there. This place needs a serious overhaul in both service and attitude.
