Maybe I should have read the reviews and gone. But I thought it is inside the Express Inn and therefore must be very good. Looks good but the staff and the service let's you down. For the money charged you get bad stuff. For me what ever I did there went down the drain as the staff were over worked or not there at all.

I had a hair spa done.The texture of my hair is same as before no changes at all.It was entirely a waste of money.

Pathetic experience. Ambience and facilities of the spa are good but they need to hire trained therapists. Despite of repeated requests therapist did not increase the pressure, did not focus on suggested areas and was in a hurry to get over with the massage. Massage felt like a local parlor massage. Ginger and lemon tea served post the massage was cold. Not expected from a reputed hotel like express Inn to host this spa.

Worst place. I booked appointment for couples spa via their call center On 20-Nov-15. After going to this place the guy on front desk says he cannot give us service because his therapist ran away after diwali(those were his exact words). He has only 2 therapist now one for morning and one for evening And at a time only one person can get spa not two. No professionalism at all. I won't recommend this to anyone.
