I went in for a haircut expecting basic professional service, but they skipped essential pre-cut steps like shampooing and proper preparation. Without any washing or sectioning, they just started cutting, which felt rushed and unprofessional. The end result was far from what I expected, and for the price I paid, it was absolutely not worth it. Poor value for money and lack of attention to detail.
