VerifiedAshish did my blowdry exactly the way I wanted, with extreme care. Bushra is very welcoming here at the reception.

VerifiedI got a haircut from Madonna, South Ex because my cousin gets her hair done here. I found the service to be extremely pathetic and careless. I felt like the hairstylist has no interest in making sure that I’m satisfied. I wanted to switch up my hair and get bangs but am not very happy with the outcome. Very average haircut. I can say with absolute certainty that the blow dry they gave me wasn’t up to the mark either. In fact, the hairstylist was very unwilling to give me one saying that my scalp was oily. I had to repeatedly insist that he set my hair and even then, it was barely a 5 minutes thing. When I left the salon, I had hair stuck all over my arms and face, they couldn’t even be bothered to brush it off or remove it in any way. When I go to other salons, I feel that the staff is warm and polite (the bare minimum) - definitely didn’t get that here. Wasn’t even asked water, forget tea or coffee which other salons ask, especially when they’re charging this much. In the past, I had once gotten curls done from Madonna, South Ex - was not very satisfied then either. Won’t be going back ever.

VerifiedExcellent work by Sazid Hussain as always! He is the best hair artist I know. I've been a Madonna South Ex customer for the last 5-7 years!! Super!!

VerifiedThey have poor work ethics and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude If you are looking for a reliable salon, Madonna is not the one. The services are doable, but lousy management and unprofessional attitude will exhaust you to the core and will send you back home disgruntled. Overpriced charges will fell like burning a hole in your pocket when the services and attitude is not up to the mark. I used a few times, being in my neighborhood but unprofessional attitude persists.

VerifiedI’ve always had a great experience at this salon. The staff is very warm and courteous. I especially like their hair services as Bhuvan really knows how to manage curly hair. Neha is great too and I’ve had a very good experience with her for my eye makeup. Everyone else is good at what they do too. Would highly recommend this place.
