Ridiculous. This was the worst experience I had. I have done highlights, balayage so many times but this was the worst experience ever. Services I got done here. 1. Hair cut 2. Hair overall color 3. Balayage 1. Haircut Jayeshbhai did my haircut. He doesn’t listen at all. He was on a call when I was explaining what kind of haircut I want. I asked not to cut my hair length. He said ok ok and then done what he wanted to and cut my hair length half. So zero star for haircut. 2. Overall hair color. This was the simplest thing which they could. 3. Balayage. I asked for red and violet balayage. After 6 hours of color, the final result was red color with two different finish on two sides. Two people Jayeshbhai and Amitbhai was doing on two different sides. Both finish was different and ended up becoming a clown. This was the complete waste of my time. I decided to go again to fix my color from red to violet. He did 10 small stripes which took three hours and ended up not visible at all. They say that you are looking from wrong angle, why would I get it done if it’s not visible to me!! I’m not doing hair balayage to show people but it is for me. They charged 10,000rs which was expensive but not too bad for my color, but more than that they wasted my 10 hours which is precious. I would suggest this place if you have unlimited time because they will spoil and do ridiculous job but then they will want to fix it.
