The staff was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to care about the quality of their work. The stylist who did my hair didn't listen to my requests and ended up cutting it way too short. When I asked her to fix it, she just shrugged it off and said there was nothing she could do. On top of that, the salon was dirty and didn't seem to have been properly cleaned in a long time. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good beauty experience. The employees were does not have manners how to talk to customers...they argue just like hell .... The makeup artist did not listen to my requests for a natural and subtle look, and instead applied heavy makeup that did not suit skin tone or facial features. The end result was unflattering and made feel her both uncomfortable throughout my wedding day. I also found that the makeup did not last long, despite promises of it being long-lasting. This caused me to constantly worry about my appearance and take time away from enjoying my special day. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at kayakalp parlour, even the owner does not ettiques how to talk to the customer, I would not recommend this place for bridal makeup and would suggest that they improve their communication with clients and training of their staff to avoid similar situations in the future."
