They mentioned a stylist named Rishi, as a "creative hair stylist" and charged ₹1000 for basically destroying my shoulder length hair. I have never had such a horrible haircut. They made me look like a joker with both the sides of hair not even being proportionate. At the crown of my head he cut my hair into 2-3" long strands which are standing up . I am speechless . I don't know how this guy is even allowed to hold a scissors. Their capability is ONLY hair wash and blow dry.

This is not THE franchise looks salon. Such a scam. Went in thinking this is The LOOKS SALON and got hair colored. In the name of balayage, they created chunks of colored strands that doesn’t look blended. Their stylist has no clue what they are doing. Don’t go here!!!!

Best hair salon in the city! I have tried my salons but never got satisfied. At Looks all the staff is very professional! The experience here is worth it.

I visited Looks with my mother and we wanted a nice relaxing day off. The service is amazing there, they made sure that all our specifications were met and needs taken care of. We got hair spas and hair cuts, really satisfied with the service.
