I had the worst experience at Infinity Beauty Zone & Spa in Dharamshala. My partner and I booked a deep tissue couple’s spa, expecting a professional and relaxing treatment. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The staff was unskilled and seemed more focused on offering inappropriate services rather than delivering an actual spa experience. When we declined these advances, they rushed through the session, completing a supposed 60-minute service in just 30 minutes with no actual massage given—only oil was applied. The environment did not feel genuine or safe, with clear signs of illegal activities taking place. This was not the authentic, reputable spa we had hoped for, and we ended up wasting 5100 rupees for absolutely nothing. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for a legitimate spa service. Zero stars.

Best manicure in Dharamshala. Gurpreet did my nails. The professionalism and service was on another level. Very high quality service and manicure. I felt like a princess. I also got free chai and coffee. Thank you guys!! Very happy with the results

The services offer according to their hefty prices were not at all upto the mark. The owner or manager of the place was so ill-mannered , does not know how to talk or treat their customers. I do not recommend their services

Most enjoyable pedicure of my life! The sir who did my pedicure was very thorough and there was a wide variety of sparkly nail polish (my favorite!). Also, the lotion smelled great - like infused Mediterranean lemons ! The music was great too and the staff has wonderful personalities. Thanks for a fun afternoon!
