VerifiedI have done keratin along with global colors from Naushad as he has suggested that my hair has heena and he has given his words to me that the color will not fade away and the hair will remain straight for next 2-3 month. But my hair becone rough, color starts fading and it is not staright at all in next wash which i did at home after done from salon. This whole process cost me around 8k and now they don't have professional manner to deal with client. He don‘t pick my call to resolve the query and deny from the his words. How can people open salon and have double standard.Very much disappointed by this and I will recommend that if you are looking for keratin and smoothing.Kindly look for another good salon who don‘t ignore the client after ruining their hair. For reference I am attaching the picturewhich Naushad has taken after smoothening in salon it self and rest two picture after my hair wash.😔😖
