My whole family got their hair cut today. My mum and dad tried new styles (in their late 50s) they're happy with their hair styles and cut. I suggested it to my friend after seeing the rating, but it was a terrible experience. Her hair was hip-length, and the stylist chopped off more than half of it without even getting her consent. From the beginning, she was clear about not trimming too much and requested that they not go above the hip, as she wanted to keep her long hair. However, they completely disregarded her instructions. They were highly unprofessional, and I would never recommend going there.
