VerifiedAsked them to only trim my hair in u shape, but they ruined my hair today. Although in the entire process i kept on repeating to him that i want simple trimming because it did not feel that he was doing something simple. Then the hair dresser was like ‘sorry maam i was trying to try something new on your hair and it got ruined’ . How do you not follow simple instructions? Who had asked u to try something new or fancy? It is the clients wish what they want on their hair. And does his sorry grow back my hair?
