VerifiedToday I went there to buy three electronic appliances. The guy there assured me of prices being lesser than Samsung site. He finalised the bill of 65900 but after payment told me that he miscalculated and asked me to pay 3000 more and I obliged. He didn't give me the bill as he said he had to insert the serial number and give it on delivery. When I received items and checked the model numbers on receipt and price... I was shocked to see a difference of 3200 on the Samsung site and their price. The tax invoice I received didn't mention GST. I don't even know whether it is genuine or not though it carries an agency stamp. It's unfortunate that they lied and charged me more just because they thought of me as an outsider who didn't speak the local language, simpleton and a pushover. I don't know how they deal with uneducated masses. No one should visit this store.
