VerifiedTook prior appointment for two people for haircut and beard styling , unfortunately when we arrived at our appointed time ,no one entertained us , pretending to be busy.upon inquiry they were neither apologetic nor willing to accommodate or give out any reason for the said behaviour, they just did not care ,waited to 30 minutes and then left .I would give it a negative rating,,for their unprofessional behaviour and lack of empathy . I would go further to call for a boycott to such places which neither provide services nor are trained in etiquettes.
