The manager will act like a puppet before the service and turn instantly cold and ignorant when u are not happy with the service. They did a bad job with rebonding because after every wash my hair turned frizzy and they took no accountability for it. Forget about trying to make it up in any way, the manager shrugged it off as if i did not get it done at their pathetic salon.

No hygiene, no customer service, no respect, no consideration. I had booked an appointment for three people but they were understaffed. That is still fine because it was late but they could have told us three won’t be possible. And then a client came in rushing and all the hairdressers started to attend to her. It’s so disrespectful that you’re leaving my process in the middle and attending to someone else. Secondly they are not hygienic at all, the towels felt moist and they stank. The quality was very poor and on top of it they didn’t even bother to put a towel behind my neck, the water was dripping continuously after me asking them to fix it again and again. Horrible experience, went with my friends cause wanted to make a day out of it. Got very annoyed.

Somebody suggest me to go LOOKS saloon of Palam and I was very happy after my haircut because my haircut is looking attractive and stylish .the barber cut my hairs in a best way.the behaviour of the barber is convincing and the salon was looking furnished and stylish.i got my haircut within 15 minutes.they treat you nicely and all good facilities were available their. And the fee they take is reasonable and not very high . anybody can afford this money easily. They cut my hairs in a genuine and clean way. I want to go back their again. I hope my review is valuable for you. If you are looking for a good nearby salon you can go to this salon may you also like this after your haircut. Even for ur facial too.Had posted this review 3 years before . The service and ambience still astonished me. Once a customer is always a customer to this place. Kudos to the management . Happening and wonderful as ever

A decent unisex salon for haircut, hair color and trimming related stuff. Although prices are bit higher than near by salons but it's worth. Sometimes, they charge unnecessary then you might need to be bit rigid and ask the reason of same and same can be reduced/refunded. Otherwise, they have good hair dressers in Palam Vihar region.
