During his visit, he encountered several concerning issues: 1. No Air Conditioning: The salon’s air-conditioning was switched off, which made the environment uncomfortably warm. 2. Lack of Customer Service: When he inquired about the air-conditioning, his concerns were completely ignored by the staff. 3. Poor Salon Environment: The overall ambiance of the salon has significantly deteriorated. With the air-conditioning off, the lack of proper ventilation made it difficult for him to breathe comfortably. 4. Brand Reputation at Stake: As a retail counter of a well-known brand, it is shocking that such negligence is allowed to persist. It’s hard to believe that partners with such a poor standard of service are representing the brand.
