The reason being the place was smelling, their pedicure basin had a very bad stink, there were flies in the basement section, dirty floor and as if the place hadn't been cleaned or dusted for a very long time. They use chemicals for pedicure. And it felt disgusting to put our feet in. Funny part during threading and pedicure they just leave you in the middle to complete other work. It's so unprofessional. Very grubby and poor experience. Please go for Toni & Guy or any other salon ! One of my friends recommended IMRAN JI’s name to me thats how I specifically got the services done by him. I am writing this review after 8 months since i got my hair colored & dude…even when its fading down, its happening so gracefully. I still get a lot of compliments for my Global + Balayage. Imran did an amazing job. Things came out just the way i wanted and explained to Imran - classy, goes with my corporate set up job, compliment Indian attires, should not come off odd when it fades, should compliment my skin tone….i did give him a long list 😅. More than that, the staff there is very friendly, patient and understanding. Other services are good too. I am planning to take up another color session soon.
