I took nail services here. Worst service ever she literally bleed my one nail and then in other hand she didn’t polish. For legs she didn’t even shape my nails just applied polish as is. She wasn’t even friendly, highly unprofessional.. applied nail remover on my cut to stop bleeding.

Had a facial and a full body massage. My aesthetician was Chandni and my mom's was Sonia. We were both impressed with the quality of their work. The salon was able to squeeze us in fairly quickly on the weekend as a walk in. One criticism though, the staff kept disrupting our session by either knocking or even opening the door to ask questions to the aesthetician. Definitely took away from the 'relaxing' part of self care. This is obviously a work culture issue that should be addressed if they are trying to be a spa service. Overall, I would go here again.

Today I visit Big boss and took pedicure.And believe me they have booked un trained and un professional who don’t know about the process and steps to b taken care off… And they charged you same as a professional charged.Moreover they people don’t deny that no service personnel is available or ask you before , your choice to take service through untrained personal . Highly dissatisfied…..,soon this practice may lead you to customer retrenchment.
