Hospitality is worst. All staff members occupied all sofa and seat. They already knew that i was looking for the place to seat but still no one cares. This is not the way to treat the customers. You have to teach them how to treat the customers. I also noticed that some of crew members are flirting with each other in front of me.

Very very bed experience at this place....very bed haircut I never expected this to wasim salon....thay charge too much but hair cut is not good..... I don't like it.......

First thing - all barbers are at par. There is no magic wind in the hands of some particular barber to get your hair done. Choose any barber and I guarantee the result will be the same. This is near parley point. On first flooor. Entry/enyrance was too bad, I doubted that is it really a salon. But inside it is crowded place. It is famous. Staff is polite, attentive. You and your friend/family member who accompany you gets coffee to drink for free. Quality of service I don't like. I got my hair done for something called smooth protein which is suggested by someone from staff. The result is not at all satisfactory. Also, they don't worry about your time and keep you waiting. There is a person who only talks about money money money. OK. We have money, that's why we came to you. When we sit on the chair, you should do whatever we ask for. I wanted to cut my hair after my hair treatment, but the that dude kept saying that this will cost extra, that will cost extra. Poor customer relations, this is what I can say. I won't recommend. It is not like, it is not good. But I don't have faith in them. No trust. And yes I have money, I definitely won't spend in here.

Worst hair cutting experience, my first and last visit to the salon where they make the cuts inturn so the unevenness is not visible and the first look seems acceptable but this is the actual quality of cuts at day 1 where any one from behind comments that “ weather ive cut hair on my own” so uneven and so untidy work , cut by owner wasim , the hair are so short that it would take another year to have a normal haircut again. Never ever go for full fledged hair cutting with this guy.

It was my first haircut at this place. I got it done from Mr. Wasim itself. I must admit that it was very satisfying from every angle, beat it cut or after cut hair setting or cleanliness or cooperating staff. But the only issue i faced is that whether you take an appointment or not, you'll face the waiting.
