I don't think they are ready enough to understand the customer needs. Since the starting we were clear that we don't want weaving, we just want a topper that too with very light density, still they gave a densed wig and weaved it and then after asking that it's weaved or not, they lied that it's not weaved. When we came home and tried to remove the topper then get to know that it's weaved and we have to suffer whole night due to this. Secondly they don't know how to deal with customers, the owner there, in order to give an example pinched my mom so hard that he made her cry. If it would have been any other women she would have slapped him on the moment. While in hair spa as well, when already much hairloss was happening, still the staff keeps on rubbing and rubbing. I will never advice anyone to avail their services.
