I have been coming to this place for more than 5 years. This is one of the best salon in south kolkata. Staffs are very polite and professional. Specially Ms. Shegufta, Mrs. Priyanka, Ms. Sonam and Mr. Nadeem are very skilled. Keep up the good work guys. Good wishes

I have a heartfelt experience with this salon. The employees are very skilled and they took full care and proper time to do my keratin treatment. They also suggested best service options available for my hair type. And their services are available at a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this Salon. Thank you shagufta ❤

I have been visiting trends since the past 3-4 years. The service here is just excellent and the environment is homely. The staffs are so friendly and the prices are even budget friendly so it has always been a great experience to get myself pampered here.

I visited the parlour for hair spa. Checked in near buy and it was mentioned that hair spa package was available. Post visit the staffs were not ready to do the spa in the beginning and was talking with a negative approach. After 15 mins they told there loreal spa was exhausted and it's not there in stock hence they cannot give the service which I felt was not correct. From beginning only they were not ready to do the spa. Very bad. Staffs were talking within themselves to inform me that spa products are not there however they were doing spa for one other client. They do not treat customers equally 😡 Visited naktala branch Date 23rd April Time morning around 12
