Very pathetic service... Staff response is so poor... They are not bothered to pick up your calls... Pl do not take connection from rastogi gas agency... I'm also switching to another one...

Pathetic services. Claims to deliver cylinder within 24 hours but it’s more than 72 hours and cylinder is not delivered. The same happened multiple times. Upon complaining the same at the HP office, staff says, they do not know why cylinder is not delivered. I asked to disconnect the connection, staff did not bothered and asked me to come to office and complete the formalities. Not even eligible to get a single star.

Worst experience ever, delivery delayed by 2 days intentionally, revised the billing invoice after sending message. I had booked my Gas Cylinder on 4th July 2022 and received message on 5th July of Rs.106.50 & delivery didn't done by 2 days because government has increased the price.today I had called to the office and delivery done today, delivery person brought slip of Rs.1056.5 billing date was 6th july.i was shoked to see once billing done than how can bill get change.

I went there to get new connection first time the prompt response of their staff delighted me. I went again just to give transfer request. During one year of this connection I never visited unnecessarily. I really appreciate that
