The hairstylist didn’t seem to care much either. My wife showed a reference photo, but the final result looked nothing like it. Instead of a smooth, elegant style, her hair was left frizzy and unkempt. To make things worse, the staff were indifferent and dismissive when she pointed out the issues. No offer to fix the mistakes, no apology—just a bad attitude. I regret choosing this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
