Salon is very good and the services are awesome. Only feedback to the owner is to instruct the stylists not to force the customer to take additional servicesif they don't need them.

They fool you for any services. kill the time. Don't bother about the customer. Very arrogant staff, talking loudly, banging doors.

Worst salon experience ever- I went to this place for my hair colour, I opted for the best colour options available and suggested by the stylist. Right after the color procedure was done I started to notice the damage in my hair. In every wash it got worse and worse, now the damage seems permanent with my hair including hairfall, tangling and greyness. Too pricey for nothing.

I came to Nagpur to attend a wedding reception From Delhi. I had a pathetic experience while dealing with them be it asking them to do the hair do as per my choice till the payment. They did exact opposite what I have asked for & mannerlessly they were kept on arguing about the charges when I have especially discussed the prices & everything before hand. On top of that they were not allowing me to pay through UPI as they said GST will be applicable. After a long discussion which was more ab argument they agreed to take payment through UPI. I came from a city where a Sabzi wala is taking payment through UPI & you being a renowned salon you have to make payment process an ease process but instead opposite was done. Not recommended 👎
