It used to be a good place once upon a time. Now with pathetic service and untrained rude staff it is becoming a very avoidable place. Thankfully other good salons have opened nearby. It was surprising to see positive reviews until I found that many were made by the staff working in the salon.

By far the worst salon in Pune. The styling agents are great but the management sucks. Everytime you do a booking they will say yes and when you arrive one stylist is working on multiple people. Poor staff running for their life. I always make appointments and end up being taken for granted. Hair Cut charges are approx 600Rs and all you get is 20 min of quick cut while your hair stylist has coloured someone hair and he has some spare time..etc etc This place is short of staff and falling hugely in terms of quality and professionalism!! AVOID AT ALL COST....

I have visited Studio Strands quite a few times for hair straightening treatment over the last two years. I love the ambiance. The place is clean. Friendly and professional staff. I also have to mention that it’s a pet friendly salon. I have taken my dog there and while my hair were being treated everyone else played with my dog. I highly recommend this place for hair treatments.

This was my first time to strands. I loved their hospitality and service. I booked an appointment a week before and it's worth. What I liked about them is their gesture, as soon as I entered I was attended by the owner herself. I didn't have to wait for my turn they kept everything ready. Awesome experience, excellent service they have pros' in every service they provide. A must visit parlor. Totally Impressive thanks #NehaDeepak(owner) for the lovely experience. Now I'm a regular member of strands.

If u want to burn ur hair then go to this studio no knowledge on hair cut and stretning just they going to show off mujhe etna knowledge hai n all specially *Naim* and *michel* this two guys without knowledge just show off with all the people. 😡😡 incase unke service se apke hair ko damage ho gya to vo apko hi fault dekhaynge. Refund ka to jane hi do. No manners all ediyat team bhara hua Hai for hair Service. Worst in pedicures and manicure. For pedicures And manicure they charge 800 up-to 1000 and unke pass kabhi nail paint hi nhi rhti. And jo nailpaints hai vo sare local brands. Only facial are good. If want to do facial ask Madina she is very good helpful other staff are kamchor. I think because of Madina strands Studio Ka business Ho rha hai no one else are good. madina ur awesome🌟
