Senza spa and salon is the ideal place to get a haircut. The location and ambience are very nice and the staff are quite patient and friendly. Imran, the hairdresser who gave me a haircut, was efficient and patient. He gave me a stylish and comfortable haircut. EDIT: I went again, this time, Monish gave me a great haircut.

I had the best foot massage experience here. The staff is extremely professional, the place is very well maintained, absolutely hygienic. I felt totally relaxed after an hour of foot massage and literally dozed off. It is value for money.

It was one of the best massages I've ever had & I've been for hundreds of massages in different parts of the world. My masseuse Monica is world-class with her technique! She really knows what she is doing, the pressure points, how strong, how long, and very well-balanced. Love the hot oil used. The shape of the bed is perfectly shaped, taking away any neck fatigue from a long time lying down. High-quality shampoo, body wash, and lotion used, too. Clean place, calm music, perfect lighting. Love it very much. I'd recommend all locals or tourist coming to chennai to try them out. *Highly recommended, don't forget to tip! 🥰 very friendly receptionist, too 🙏 Loads of love from Malaysia 🇲🇾

I've been to spas in the US but I'm totally convinced that India and Thailand have the best spas. In India I would say Senza spa is the best in my experience. I'm a big fan of Senza spa and it's outstanding spa therapy treatment. I need to give a special mention to two therapists for Massage that make Senza as amazing and outstanding as it is. They are Monica and Jenny. Monica and Jenny are the best therapists of Senza and they deliver the best Deep tissue and Thai massages ever. Senza is and will always be a 5 star quality spa. I specially recommend Monica and Jenny as they are the best therapists Senza has to offer. I would highly recommend Monica and Jenny for Massage therapy as they are the best!

A friend told me about Senza and so I booked an appointment. Very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Imran did a fantastic job with my hair colour, and then I got a leg/foot massage while waiting for my colour to set. The massage room ambience is perfect, with very comfortable chairs, soft music, strong air-conditioning and a very skilled masseuse. The entire space is very clean and you will walk out feeling great! Highly recommended.
