The staff here is very unprofessional and rude. Paid 5800 and had the worst experience ever. If someone wants a good service please stay away from this salon. Rated one star as zero star is not an option here.

This is the worst salon in Indore full of unprofessionals starting from reception to the skilled executives. Illiterate receptionist took the appointment by number but hang up the phone without asking my name. On reaching salon, she said appointment could not be booked as I did not tell my name. And then I said ok, number was provided but she was rigid. Then lied that she called me to confirm my name. Pathetic & Unprofessional!

The Shear Genius aka Matrix unisex hair salon is located in scheme no. 54 at Vijaynagar. The service is really good, has expert hair dressers, cleanliness is good and genuine products been used. The rate is bit on a higher side but you will get satisfactory experience.
