I bought one Silver Ring on 15 April 2023, within one day the color change which is not like Silver. It becomes metal. I understand when color gets darker due to weather or heat but this one is just as metal ring. I addressed the issue but the Saravana stores Manager & the workers are not taking serious about it. The worst experience ever. Freinds you'll regret it never buy Silver stuffs from this jewelry stores. Be alert, be awake people before you get into their trap. They are cheating. They mixed a lot of iron in their Silver. The higher authority needs to look into it. Otherwise, you will lose your customers.

Jewellery collections are more. Wastage is very less compared to other jewellery shops. But the billing process should be improved.

Retail outlet especially for Jewellery, Bridal collection, Bridal wear (clothes), located just opposite to puruswakkam Saravana Stores... They have various items in silver perfect destination for return gifts in Silver...
