VerifiedNew guys will come every 2 months . Everytime u have to explain. Mostly they don't kno Tamil, They focus to empty your pocket .Be care full. Telling dandruff, seperate amout to apply dye & extra for washing that dye.. Always Hindi serial will run in TV for them.( TV not for us ).

VerifiedA clean and spacious salon in an otherwise crowded Mettu street. I was lucky enough to go there when there was no crowd. The staff were polite and professional. I had a haircut, face cleansing and head massage for 400 rupees which I feel is value for money. But the cleansing and massage duration was too short - hardly 5 minutes. Otherwise a place you'd not regret going to.

VerifiedPoor service ..customer handling zero ..i reached saloon by 8.45 pm . Waited for 15 min and enquired cards payment is available or not .one of the barber told me card payment will not be applicable below 300 rs payment ..so i informed and went out to search atm .then i came back to saloon by 9.10 pm with the cash ..within five minutes the same person informed me its closing time ..asked me to come tomorrow ..i replied back that i came by 8.45 why should i leave . Then waited for 15 min ..after that they asked me again to come by tomorrow morning ..mean while they were doing service for 2 persons who came next to me ..around 45 min i wasted here and didnt get any service ... Is that my fault ... Bec of card payment not available in this saloon. Wasted my time and didnt get any service at all

VerifiedFor last couple of years I regularly use this salon. Now they went way too bad. Stylist smokes and come to you... I can feel cigarette smell. They watch TV while cutting. Put so much oil on hair at one time for massage. Which went inside my eyes hurting for an hr. Not recommended at all...
