I went for keratin which has no effect on my hair (it was as previous) , after visiting them they tried to convince me that, that is how keratin goes ,then agreed for straightening and the staff did it with atmost careless attitude, making faces, carelessly handling hair. The atmosphere was good. Rooms are big and clean. However, hot water was not there for shower. I had an average experience as the therapist was moderate. 2. My wife had a very bad experience there. The therapist was very bad. She was feeling sleepy during the session so badly that she stopped the massage and slept in the middle of the session. That's the only good thing ). They don't even use masks while removing the fixing d nails... that's unhygienic. ... the nail artist was pathetic... wen I was telling him dat he is doing it in a wrong way he jus ignored me... and trust me am doing this nail thing even before he started his career. The owner gave me a lecture about customer satisfaction. .. service.... bla bla... she also mentioned she was staying in UK. Hunh how does that matter... I hv stayed in abroad many years. ... I still keep visiting places for my work... so staying in an European country doesn't impress me... after all now a days Indians r ruling the economy... my advise or u can say if u love your nails...
