Absolutely great hair but the blow dry was very bad

i just got a root touch up and came from canada was referred by my cousin and there service was good. All staff is amazing especially owner. Laksh did an amazing job..Keep up good work

So I have been a regular customer of Salon 11 since past 8-9 years and my experience was always great here but this time it was horrendous. First things first, I booked an appointment with Amjad 1 week ahead and my appointment was booked by Rupinder. The day I had to come, they canceled on me 1 hour before the scheduled time saying we weren’t aware of the appointment. Apparently, Rupinder hadn’t informed Amjad about the appointment. Super unprofessional! Anyway, I booked it again for next day and went for highlights. The same lady(Rupinder) at the reception was super rude and had no courtesy to speak. They were asking me to pay 8300 for highlights which is an obnoxious price for the length and density of my hair. Even big brands like Femina and Hairmasters don’t charge this much. on top of it, Rupinder had no customer service skills and made my experience super sour. I have been a regular customer and I am super disappointed with the unethical behaviour of the receptionist. It’s better to visit some other salon where people have basic decency. Never coming back here again. You lost a loyal customer, Salon 11!

My experience was very excellent there... This salon is very neat and clean.... The staff was very understanding and they use premium quality of products. Conclusion:- I'm very satisfied here.
