Worst salon every, google should allow zero rating. Staff and owner has a lot of attitude as if they are making a favor. Very unprofessional don't ever go here. Rather than search for Passion Salon a best experience. The response I got from Roma on review is, I posted fake review, my review is not a fake one. I clearly remember the conversation. When I called Romas on 20 May 2023 and asked if parlor is open and can I come in 10 mins, i still remember how rudely they spoke. "One minute, WE HAVE A CLIENT IN HAND", and directly the call was given to another person. No listening skills or no patience. So it is well said first impression is last impression. The tone and the rude reply made me to post genuine review. You have proved your rudeness again. Before investigating any issues you declared my review was fake... Lols..

One of the best parlours I have visited in a very very long time. Tai is so meticulous and has a knack of making you feel special. Shoutout to Rushi and Pooja!! I did hair smoothening which is such a tedious treatment but was done so precisely! I would 100% recommend for all services.
