VerifiedI am their regular customer for threading atleast. Today, I got my threading done from Rich n Royal by a beautician Payal, she threaded out a couple of hair strands extra from my right eyebrow, which clearly is visible and shows out an empty space in my eyebrow. On telling her the same, she did not even accept that it was done by her, and rather says that it was already present. I showed her previous photos and confronted with a friend who I brought along, still she did not accept her mistake, neither apologized. While I am already annoyed and upset with the threading experience(which will stay the same for a while), I do wanted to call this out, so no other person feels the same. Improve ur services guys and train ur beauticians better.
