I didn't had a great experience because what I asked to do my haircut and what he did!!! Didn't even seem that it was long layer cut .. sorry to say but it wasn't great experience...yes hospitality was nice that's for sure.

Longer waiting time than initially said. But great service provided by Hamil. Clearly he enjoys his work and does it well.

One of my worst experiences in this city. I only wanted a simple trim for my curtain bangs and the female employee said she knew how to do it properly, not only did she cut it horribly short (not what I had asked for) but also had the audacity to laugh after screwing up and not even apologising for it. Even a simple thing like blow-dry was not done well. The branch hardly has any staff so why do they take more appointments than required. Very disappointed and now the customer has to bare the brunt of wearing this messed up hair style.

Worst ever salon. The salon just boasts about the brand but have the worst ever management system. They make you wait for hours and still doesn't respond well. Poor franchise. I would never recommend this salon to anyone and will definitely never be returning. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else for your hair needs.

Whenever I go to barber shops and tell them to cut my hair as a formal look and the maximum barber messes up by giving a funky look. It was my first time going to this A Degree and it was a worthy move. He gave me the perfect hairstyle. It was a totally satisfying experience.
