I only wanted a simple trim for my curtain bangs and the female employee said she knew how to do it properly, not only did she cut it horribly short (not what I had asked for) but also had the audacity to laugh after screwing up and not even apologising for it. Even a simple thing like blow-dry was not done well. The branch hardly has any staff so why do they take more appointments than required. It was my first time going to this A Degree and it was a worthy move. He gave me the perfect hairstyle.
