VerifiedWaited for 35 minutes. When my husbands turn came the front lady allowed a couple (obviously known to the Doctor) to jump the queue. This is unfair practice, the couple which were allowed to walk in, had not even registered their name in the entry book, but simply were allowed to walk in the Doctors cabin. The front staff must be trained to respect the allocated serial number of waiting patient and should not allow anyone to jump the line. And doctor should also check the number of waiting patients prior to favouring his known people. Therefore we decided to cancel our appointment and walk out the clinic.

VerifiedThe doc was not at all friendly and didn't do proper diagnosis for skin issue of mine. When asked what is the cause of skin allergy, he just gave a careless response...its a housewife allergy! I mean seriously..is that how you treat the patients!

VerifiedDr Dhopte is a good and experienced doctor. The clinic is also very good and well maintained. Only problem is, you have to climb 2 floors to reach there. The approach to the clinic is a bit cumbersome.
