It is a decent place and it was time for the store to close and I was still selecting the AC that I wanted to purchase. Upon saying that I have come to buy amd will make the payment now, they stayed and I placed the order. However, the order placement took a very long time due to limited devices or expertise

very poor service, they talk to only one customer and other customers are not entertained unless they complete dealing with the first customer...till that time if other customer is interested then wait or else get frustrated and have to leave....after calling others for help seems like all try to run away mayb coz no confidence and lack knowledge.almost after 40mins of wait we were just given the rate to gt to know more about the product answer given plz wait sales person wil come. no one turned up still.

Do proper research before you make any payment. This kutlet staff does not know about the policies , offers and return facility the product. Simply they'll check the croma website and provide you the product. They do not apply coupons at store discounts. Which can cost you an extra amount. The same product from a different outlet is cheaper from this outlet.
