Very bad service. There is nothing I felt like lounge or a signature salon. I had asked for natural brown hair color but without even informing me applied natural black. Guess they thought after going home also I won't realise this. Hair cut was done wrapped in a towel which was used on my hair after hair wash. Hair color was done with another towel. I have gone before to this particular area salon and that time there were different staffs and service was awesome. I had given 5 star rating but this time unfortunately had to edit my rating and write my bad experience. Even race course road studieo7 is good. But not this area. Totally disappointed. The staff are such unprofessional. There is no card machine and also billing is done on a book. No bill is given as they write it in a book. Where is the technology is this particular salon? Do a gpay we need to wait as staffs calls a number to check if that person has received the payment. A big no to this salon.

Waste of time.... Studio 7 membership card not valid this branch ... I'm very disappointed... Service not good and manager mam also totally bad day.... 🤬🤬🤬

Thank you for the service,and personally i thank mr. Senthil, and the expert from head office mr.vijay .....who had take the step to rectify the issue...Mr senthil supported and serioulsy stands in customer point .Mr .vijay had done the fabulous service and made me happy ..and heartful thanking supraja ....owner of the saloon. I am happy with the entire team and support ....and the service they done.

Got a haircut by Stylist Rani. She behaved professionally. She tried to understand my expectations and made her suggestions. The experience was quite good. Eyebrows, upper lip and forehead service, she did very gently. I felt little to no pain. Please discuss the pricing before any service 🙂 that's a golden tip for any parlour.
