VerifiedI am from America. I visited this place thinking it would have good head massages. The person who massaged me was pushing my head, hitting me, pulling my hair, and scratching me with his nails. Later on, I overhead the staff talking behind my back in Telegu, thinking I wouldn’t understand them. My sister in law also had a horrendous time with her hair. Avoid this place at all costs.

VerifiedVery incompetent and rude staff. The worst was some lady named Sunita. Good and nothing and knows nothing. Do not trust them with anything. She literally burnt me on purpose while trying to dry my hair. It’s a shame. This place is a scam. To keep in mine they do Not maintain hygiene also.
