VerifiedToday went at 10.15 am. Only two employees were there. Asked for kids haircut. But they replied that 11am they have one appointment. There was no customer in the shop but they are lazy handle a customer. Too much attitude.

VerifiedVisited several times, but never had a good experience. Bad customer service. Very bad threading services. They cut my skin twice. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t even bother when i said I was going to complain. Even basic services like threading is not done properly here. They say steam bath is available but whenever I have asked them, they say it’s under repair. Lol !!! Waste of money. And spoiled my skin as well.

VerifiedI had a haircut at naturals and the customer service was very good. I had a good haircut and it was given by Rebika and Pooja. I had a sample model for the haircut and it was exactly the same I wished for. Thank you naturals for your good service.

VerifiedHii..!! Myself & my mother have always had our hair services done with Mr. Gokul at Naturals, Bazullah Road branch for the past 4 years+ and it has always been awesome experience.. ! 🥰 He exactly knows what the customer wants, provides correct suggestions to our thoughts, does his magic and never fails to fascinate with the output..✌🏻 Very professional and highly recommendable 🥳!
