However after coloring my hair, hair dry was done by the receptionist in a very unprofessional hurried manner for it felt like she wanted to leave earlier. She was damaging my hair by her untrained techniques. I dont even know if she had proper training for that. I told them to do the hair drying in a proper way. She replied in a rude tone that it was how its done. I had to offer them extra amount to get my hair drying done by the professional. This is unexpected from the brand “Naturals” and I am sorry to say that I wont be visiting it anytime soon.
