They keep on insisting you to do Rica wax ONLY and they keep on insisting till you say 'yes' My daughter got some free haircut coupon from her class, when I went for it the lady at the counter was behaving as if they are doing some favour by doing a free haircut.That was really annoying. My daughter wanted to do nail art but as no artist was available they told we can put a nail colour, I said ok to it and I saw two lady staff were gossiping and and suddenly someone came and told me that applying a nail colour is chargeable. I said ,of course I know that. I realised that they were gossiping that whether the customer knows that nail colour is not free. I actually saw that. At the contrary, other branches of Legato are really very good but the Central mall branch is seriously not good at all.
