Beware of this travel agency, be careful. We book Hyderabad to Kolkata AC SLEEPER COACH Bus tickets for 4500/-. But all of us were dropped at Bhubaneswar and passengers of 2 buses were forced to board a single bus. This travel agency is a cheater.

Fraud travel agency We book AC SLEEPER COACH Bus tickets for direct 4500/- from Hyderabad to Kolkata. All the passengers of 2 buses dropped us at Bhubaneswar and were forced to go in one bus. When we called KGN travels they did not take any responsibility for us. They have completely cheated us.

Don't Book Bus tickets offline from KGN TRAVELS. We book Direct AC Sleeper Coach Bus tickets from Hyderabad to Kolkata from KGN travels 4500/- per passenger . But we have to fall down at Bhubaneswar and forced kolkata at the Seater Seat on another bus. They did not take any responsibility when we call KGN Travels. Kgn travels with us completely cheated.

Beware this Travel Agency.......... We all booked ac sleeper coach tickets from KGN TRAVELS for Direct from Hyderabad to Howrah. But we were brought and dropped at BHUBANESWAR(ODISA) bus stop. We and the entire passengers of another bus were forced to travel in a single bus from BHUBANESWAR to Howrah. 2,3 people(1 seat) are placed in single sleeper seats and some people are placed only in the seater seat. 4300/-per sleeper seat was charged with us. We have been defrauded. Contacting KGN TRAVELS does not hold any responsibility.We are assured by KGN TRAVELS while booking the ticket that Direct From Hyderabad to Howrah will be taken by AC SLEEPER COACH. Kgn travels agency cheated on us.

I will never ever book dhanunjaya kgn travel again.. I booked a ticket from redbus frm mumbai to hyd they sent a Shah bus ... driver switched off the ac .. when i asked him he told we are on ghat road so engine is getting heated... after entering into toll road for 1 hr ac was on again he switched off the ac just blower were running ... again i asked him his response was rude... and next thing is disgisting morning 7am diesel tank was empty... they are not aware of diesel also how terrible ... i request not to book shah bus or dhanunjaya kgn buses
