Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of beauty professionals, including hairstylists, beauticians, and receptionists. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed client expectations.
Business Development: Contribute to business growth through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and building strong client relationships.
