Not good. They overbleached my hair. I will never recommend, when there regular customer will come they will leave you in-between

Services were horrible, had to continuously correct the mistakes. Pedicure and manicure both look like a child did it at home. For the price they charge, the services do not match up. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Very disappointed, as it was a terrible experience. To be more clear on my thoughts, I am disappointed as it's very expensive compared to the service provided. The staff seems to be very unfamiliar with customer service skills. They are unprofessional and were just giggling with each other. There was a clear bias between regular customers and people who are not regulars. This place is just overrated. If I had a chance to give 0 stars, I would rather do that.

First and foremost, the customer service at Glamour Chinese Beauty Parlour was subpar. The poor customer service, rushed and careless treatment, and improper techniques used during the appointment led to a negative experience and damaged hair. I would recommend finding a different salon that prioritizes quality and customer satisfaction.

I would rather give negative stars. Over-processed bleach on the hair. Experienced significant hair loss after getting my hair colored there. Unless you are regular, the staff is usually talking to each other and doing their own thing. The owner is considerate of the customers. But should surely train the staff well. Very unprofessional. Thus, not recommended.
