I really wish I had something nice to say about this branch. As an NRI who has had an NRO/NRE account since a long time; I notice that till the time you keep Transacting some money/ they see some incremental cashflow ; they will be helpful. If you lie low for a while, Its difficult to even get hold of any relationship officer. If you write to them, there is no response. Really sad state of affairs.

The Salunke Vihar branch is the worst. They had my mother running on her toes for KYC. She visited the bank twice. The first time she was told that the biometric server is not working, and the bank app is compulsory for doing the re-kyc. The next time I went along with her but still the KYC did not happen and they blamed us that it’s your issue that the finger prints are not getting detected so do it with the app. We tried doing with the app in front of them and still there was some error that showed up. We gave up on the back being non-compatible and went to the MG road branch. It took only 5 minutes caps for the KYC process to be done via biometric. There was no issue with the finger prints being detected. The person doing the KYC at the Salunke Vihar branch had an attitude of clear disrespect and no interest in getting the KYC done

Experience was very good.....staff is very helpful....they give attention on each and every customer.... my DD work is pending last 2 days in my local branch...but when I went this branch they completed my work on that day only which is unexpected... thank you for your corporation

My KYC was done outside the branch office by person sitting in on bike. He spoke to me looking at my appearance rather than listening to my query. Just because I spoke to him in Hindi. Once I responded in english he was taken aback and then it was all 'Yes Ma'am'. CDM is often non functional in evenings
