They didn't have required products. Promoting new service and not having essentials for regular services. What made give 2 star is that they are keeping different saloons brochures with lower prices and when customer make their mind to get services and start the process later they bill extra by saying this is our rates you have seen different brochure that belongs to another saloon run by same owner. Not only that, tbey were not willing to provide membership discounts to the customers. And told me you should have informed earlier that you have membership card.
