I am encapsulating my experience since the first time I visited Dr. Vivek Kumar Saxena at his Diva clinic. Just to give a brief background, I had male pattern baldness and had lost almost 80-90% of my hair in the crown area. I visited his clinic after getting recommended from a close friend. Dr. Saxena listened and explained the entire process with utmost patience and immaculate detail. He answered all my queries and made sure I am comfortable with the entire process. Not to forget, his team of counsellors, technicians and other members are extremely professional and they make sure that the patient is made aware of smallest of details. On the day of surgery I was made extremely comfortable by Dr. Vivek and his team. His OT was very clean and had a peaceful aura with light music playing in the background. Since the surgery was extremely long, the entire team made sure that the patient is at ease. Since the process was in local anaesthesia I did not feel any pain as such.
